§ 4-9.2. Application.

Each and every person or persons operating the riding academy or livery stable in buildings or property within the Township for hire or boarding of horses or other animals, as herein set forth, shall make an application to the Department of Community Development, which application shall particularly set forth the place of business of the applicant, the number of horses or other animals and the names and addresses of the owners thereof.
