§ 4-9.3. Approval; issuance; fee.

The application shall be referred to the Township Council for approval, and, upon approval, the Department of Community Development is hereby authorized to issue a license to the applicant upon the payment of a fee which shall be determined as follows: for horses and animals not exceeding 10 in number, $100; for each horse or animal over 10, $25, but in no event shall the annual fee exceed $200.
