§ 4-9.1. License required.

It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to own, operate or use any building or other property within the Township for the use of what may be known as a riding academy or a livery stable where horses or other domestic animals may be kept and maintained either for the purpose of hire of such horses or animals or for the purpose of boarding such horses or animals for the owners thereof within the Township without first having obtained a license from the Department of Community Development so to do.
