Chapter BH:8. EXCAVATIONS FOR PLUMBING WORK

§ BH:8-2.5. Written proof of notice required prior to issuance of permit.

No person shall be issued a sewer connection permit for a sewer connection or a plumbing permit for plumbing work requiring excavation without first having submitted written proof or prior notice of intent to excavate as required herein. Such written proof shall be filed with the Plumbing Subcode Official and attached to the filed sewer connection permit or plumbing permit subsequently issued.
