Chapter BH:8. EXCAVATIONS FOR PLUMBING WORK

§ BH:8-2.4. Damage to natural gas pipes.

Any such excavation shall be performed in such manner as to avoid damage to any pipe distributing or transmitting manufactured, mixed or natural gas. In the event that damage does occur, the person distributing or transmitting manufactured, mixed or natural gas in the area shall be notified immediately.
