§ 4-6.9. Other standards to be met.

  • a. 

    No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business permitted herein if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with any requirements, standards or conditions established by the Township Council as a prerequisite for the issuance of any license. Unless otherwise specifically stated, approval by the Township Council of the request for renewal of the application shall be deemed to incorporate the prior standards, lot and building descriptions, and other conditions, etc., required.

    b. 

    No such license shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act which would involve a violation of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township.

    c. 

    No business permitted hereunder, licensed or not, shall be so conducted as to amount to a nuisance as defined in Chapter BH:13 of the Board of Health Code.

    d. 

    Inspections. Any authorized agent or designate of and by the Township Council shall have the right at any and all reasonable times to inspect any or all parts of the licensed premises as may be reasonably necessary to secure compliance with this section, or to detect violations thereof. It shall be the duty of the licensee, or the person in charge of the premises to be inspected, to admit thereto for the purpose of making the inspection the designated representative of the Township who is authorized or directed to make such inspection at any reasonable time that admission is requested.

    e. 

    It shall be the duty of any person conducting a licensed business pursuant to this section to keep his license posted in a prominent place on the premises used for such business at all times.
