§ 4-6.10. Fire protection.

Every applicant shall have on the premises, and in good working order, a fire extinguisher with a capacity of 2 1/2 gallons, or such additional fire protection equipment that may be necessary in order to protect the premises. At the time application is made, the applicant shall be required to set forth what apparatus or devices he has secured for his premises.
