§ 4-4.5. Owner's license.

A taxicab or limousine owner's license shall entitle the vehicle therein described to be operated in this Township by a driver duly licensed hereunder until the license either expires or is surrendered, suspended or revoked and the license shall not be transferable. Renewals of these licenses shall be issued in a manner prescribed in Subsection 4-4.8.
