§ 4-4.8. Issuance and expiration of licenses.

All licenses to be issued under the provisions of this section shall be issued in the name of the Township and under the Office of Licensing and Inspection, and all licenses issued hereunder shall expire January 1 next succeeding the date thereof unless sooner suspended or revoked.

All applications under this section shall be submitted no later than 30 days in advance of January 1st to be considered by Township Council.
