§ 4-2.13. Inspection of equipment.

  • The equipment used or employed by peddlers, hawkers and vendors of ice cream, foods, beverages, confections and other related commodities shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and be subject to inspection by the Board of Health and fully comply with the laws of the State of New Jersey, the rules and regulations of the State Department of Health, the ordinances of the Township and the rules and regulations of the Board of Health.
