§ 4-2.12. Appeal.

Any person, organization (profit or nonprofit) and/or person aggrieved by the actions of the Chief of Police and/or the Department of Community Development in the denial of an application for a license as provided in this section, or in the decision with reference to the revocation of a license as provided in this section, shall have the right to appeal as set forth in the Section 4-1 entitled "Permits and Licenses."
