§ BH:14-1.5. Suspension or refusal of license.

Upon determining that any person licensed under this chapter or who has applied for a license hereunder has violated or failed to comply with provisions of this chapter with any of the rules or regulations of the Board made hereunder, after a hearing before the Board of Health, the Board may suspend such person's license or may refuse to issue a license to such person.
