§ BH:14-1.3. Advisory board established.

There is hereby established an Advisory Board of three members, each appointed by the Board of Health, one of whom shall be a member of the Board of Health, another shall be a member of the Deptford Township Livestock Association and the third shall be a livestock farmer whose farm is located within the Township. The purpose of the Advisory Board is to advise the Board of Health of changing conditions in the swine industry and to recommend legislation to improve sanitation and health in connection therewith. Each member shall be appointed to serve a one year term.
