§ 4-9.6. License fees.

The license fee under this section shall be as follows:

a.
For all riding academies and livery stables, as herein set forth, a minimum fee of $5 where five horses or other animals may be kept, or maintained for hire, or boarded for other persons with an additional $1 for each and every horse or other animal over and above the minimum number of five.

b.
The fee for issuing the license shall be $1 payable to the Department of Community Development at the time the application is filed.

c.
The license fee for the riding academy or livery stable shall also be paid at the time of the filing of the application.
