§ 4-8.18. Revocation of license.

Latest version.

a.
Any license issued hereunder may be revoked by the Township Council for the violation of any of the terms of this section, but such revocation shall not relieve the licensee from the penalties hereinafter provided.

b.
Likewise, any violation of any other Municipal ordinance, any State or Federal statute or any falsification or misrepresentation in applying for this license shall be deemed grounds for revocation.

c.
The license may be revoked after five days' notice in writing, and upon a hearing of the charges presented.
