§ 4-7.3. Fees.

a.
For the purpose of providing funds for the licensing, regulation and supervision of the businesses hereunder, an annual license fee in the amount of $100 per license year or for any fractional part thereof for which the license hereunder shall be charged. This fee shall be in addition to any other fee required to be paid pursuant to Chapter 20.

b.
If the application for annual license renewal is denied, 50% of the license fee shall be returned to the applicant, the balance thereof to be retained by the Township to cover the costs of providing inspection and review of the application.
