§ 4-7.11. Violations and penalties.

Every person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section or who fails to comply therewith or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made thereunder shall be subject to the General Penalty established in Section 1-5 of this Code. The application of the above penalties shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or in any way to prohibit the revocation or nonrenewal of any license issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of this section.
