§ 4-6.26. Violations and penalties.

Every person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this subsection, or who fails to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made thereunder shall be subject to the General Penalty established in Section 1-5 of this Code. The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or in any way to prohibit the revocation of the license pursuant to subsection 4-6.18.
