§ 4-6.24. Grounds for denial.

No license as herein provided shall be granted to any person who shall have been convicted within three years of the date of application of a violation of this section or any felony, or knowingly receives stolen goods; and, where applicable, cannot comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:10-19.
