§ 4-6.22. Motor vehicle rental agency: additional provisions.

In addition to regulations hereinbefore enumerated, the following provisions shall apply to all motor vehicle rental agencies:

a.
Any motor vehicle rental agency engaged in the sale of used cars shall comply with the provisions of subsection 4-6.20.
