§ 4-6.19. New car dealers.

a.
Any new car dealer engaging in the sale of used cars shall comply with the provisions of subsection 4-6.20.

b.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, the offering for sale of new cars shall be permitted only in the RC-Retail Commercial and GC-General Commercial-Highway Districts.
