§ 4-4.22. Minimum use of vehicles.

Any owner licensed to operate any given number of cabs must operate all cabs for which licenses are issued a minimum number of hours of each day commencing at 7:00 p.m. through 12:00 midnight, except when withdrawn from service or for a reasonable period, in the discretion of the Township Council, for necessary repairs (48 hours for mechanical repairs, 10 days for accidents).
