§ 4-4.13. Suspensions and revocations.

Any license granted under this section may be revoked or suspended at any time during the term thereof for cause. Prior to any such revocation or suspension, the licensee shall be afforded a hearing before the Township Council. Prior to any suspension or revocation, the licensee shall be forwarded by certified mail at the address set forth on the application, a notice of proposed suspension or revocation. In the event that the licensee does not request, in writing, a hearing within seven days of his receipt of that notice then they shall be deemed to have waived such hearing.
