§ 4-2.7. Issuance of license.

If, as a result of such investigation, the character and business responsibility of the applicant are found to be satisfactory, the Chief of Police shall endorse his approval on the application, returning the application to the Department of Community Development who shall, upon payment of the prescribed license fee, execute and deliver to the applicant his license. The Department of Community Development shall keep a record of all licenses issued and of all complaints received, if any, concerning each license.
