§ 4-2.17. Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of any Police Officer of the Township to enforce the provisions of this section and to require any persons seen peddling, hawking, soliciting, canvassing or conducting seasonal sales, and who are not known by such officer to be duly licensed, to produce his license as required by this section.
