§ 4-10.3. Application.

Applications for permits are to be made on forms provided by the Department of Community Development. A fee shall be charged for the issuance of each permit, the amount to be as follows:
Permit Fee Pistol charge $2 I.D. Card $5 Processing fee $5 b.Upon completion of the application for permit, the Department of Community Development shall then submit same to the Township Council for review and approval.
c.Upon completion of the application, the Township Council shall forward a copy of the application to the Chief of Police, who shall then cause to be made an investigation and submit to the Township Council a written report of his findings in accordance with the standards established in subsection 4-10.4 for the issuance of permits.
d.No permits for any event, events or annual permits shall be approved prior to the posting of evidence of insurance, which shall afford minimum personal injury coverage as follows: $100,000/$300,00 for each accident or mishap.
