§ 4-1.9. Purpose and intent; scope.

    The purpose of this section is to establish proceedings and remedies supplemental to existing ordinances and ordinances to be adopted by the Township concerning the issuance of permits and licenses within the Township in order to create a reasonable enforcement procedure to assure compliance with those conditions and terms set by the Township required to be met by any applicant or licensee at and/or after issuance of the permit or license.

    b. 

    The terms and provisions of this section shall not be interpreted to limit, amend, bar, abrogate or repeal any right, remedy, procedure, duty and/or responsibility established in any other ordinance presently or hereafter adopted concerning the issuance of licenses and permits within the Township; nor are the terms and provisions of this section intended to bar or limit any issuing authority of the Township to institute proceedings, or to take such other action as may be permitted for the revocation or suspension of any license or permit predicated upon the failure of any applicant or licensee to comply with any of the terms and conditions of his permit and/or license.

    c. 

    Likewise, the terms and provisions of this section shall not be interpreted to limit, bar, substitute or foreclose to any applicant or licensee any other statutory or Municipal right or appeal permitted.
