Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon
conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1,
Section 1-5. A minimum fine of $100 per conviction has been established.
b.
In addition to the penalty provided in paragraph a, the towing operator
shall be subject to the suspension provisions set forth above.
