§ 2-50.7. Fiscal regulations.

The Mayor and Council shall have the power to approve the annual budget submitted by the Commission in whole or in part or to modify same, and the budget as finally approved by the Mayor and Council, shall constitute the budget for the Commission for the budget year and the amount shown therein as revenue from the municipal sources shall constitute the limitation of the governing body's contribution to the Commission for that year.
