§ 2-49.1. Committee established; members; Council liaison.

There shall be a Recreation Advisory Committee that is comprised of 13 members appointed by the Township Council, all of whom shall be residents of the Township. In addition, Township Council shall designate a member of Council to serve as liaison to the Township Council and act as an ex officio nonvoting member of the Committee. The Director of Public Works or his designee shall also serve as an ex officio nonvoting member.
