§ 2-46.4. Alternate members.

Two alternate members shall also be appointed who shall be designated as Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2, who shall serve for a two-year term.

During the first term of the first alternate member, one member shall be appointed for one year and one member shall be appointed for a term of two years.
