§ 2-46.2. Membership; compensation.

The Environmental Commission of the Township shall consist of seven members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and no less than one of whom shall be a member of the Township Planning Board. The Mayor shall designate one of its members to serve as Chairman and presiding officer of the Commission. All members of the Environmental Commission shall serve without compensation.
