§ 2-16.3. Delegation of authority.

The Director of Public Works shall receive such compensation as shall be fixed by a general Salary Ordinance. He shall be qualified by training and experience for the duties of his office. He shall be subject to the direction and supervision of the Manager and shall be responsible for the proper and efficient conduct of all public work functions of the Township government and shall supervise and direct the work of the Department.
