§ 12-7.6. Exceptions to tire storage.

The provisions of subsections 12-6.1 and 12-6.2 shall not apply to any business that recycles used rubber tires into another product on site. In such a case, the business may store only the number of tires that may be recycled in one business day. Tires must be stored in a suitable enclosure that meets Township and State regulations.
