The outdoor storage of rubber tires and/or recycled rubber products may create a fire and health hazard; and the Township wishes to regulate the amount of rubber tires and/or recycled rubber products that may be stored in any one location. N.J.A.C. 5:18-4.5 provides that a municipality may, by ordinance, make its Fire Code more restrictive than the Uniform Fire Code.
